Roasted Pearl Potatoes

    Pearl potatoes were just little new potatoes and I roasted these with olive oil, salt and pepper and fresh rosemary.

      Sometimes, foods that are relatively simple to make are the best. I will make these on the weekend. First, I have to get some new potatoes.

      pengrin: I think I roasted them at 200 Celsius for about 30-40 minutes. They might need a little longer though.

      SpyderVenym: Oh yes! And they're even better when roasted in duck/goose fat. Only mine weren't.
