After the shrimps are pink, pour in your fave Buffalo-style hot sauce (I also added a Thai-style chili sauce because it's hot and sweet...yum!). Stir the sauce and shrimps continuously for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through and steaming, but don't let it boil. Then turn off the heat and let it sit for 1-2 minutes. The shrimp will be done, and don't forget those tasty chunks of garlic are there too! mmmmm...
