Hi kristen, I am writing an article about the joys of post thankgiving and I do not have a photograph of a left over thanksgiving turkey sandwich, and your's is THE best on the web, so I would like to feature it in my article and give you photo credit. I will most likely be posting it at www.amoderatelife.com after november 16th. All the best and thanks for using CC license on this great photo! Alex Clark
I also create an "Ultimate" turkey sandwich from leftovers. Each year I've added a new ingredient, so the result is now somewhat extensive. It's now a double-decker sandwich with two distinct "zones". Made with 3 slices of toasted potato bread, Zone A contains: Dark meat turkey, bits of stuffing, a small amount of gravy, and a thin slice of cranberry sauce. Zone B contains: white meat turkey, slice of cheese, mayonnaise, pickle slices and BBQ sauce. Microwave and press down. Photo set here: www.flickr.com/photos/66064297@N00/sets/72157611931010869/
